We open with questions from Conservative MP the panel's head, that oversees the committee.
She opens by providing context to the disclosed document prepared by Michael Prescott and released in a national newspaper.
"I do not desire the BBC tilting toward one side or the other, My only wish is for it balanced, fair and just," he says.
In response to a query if he considers the BBC is structurally prejudiced, the adviser responds: "Absolutely not. It is important to note, tons of stuff the British Broadcasting Corporation produces is top-tier - including documentary and non-factual content."
However, he continues: "There remains significant effort that must be undertaken at the British Broadcasting Corporation."
Another ex-adviser British Broadcasting Corporation adviser examined by the group, Caroline Daniel, remarks she takes the BBC extremely earnestly and that it operates a "persistent practice and active debate" on fluid and multifaceted issues.
"Whether the BBC was prepared to conduct a genuine discussion and argument and act accordingly?" she reflects. "In my view, affirmative, they were."
